With over 20 years of senior management experience in diverse public and private organizations, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to TomKat Global Solutions. He has been involved with the KoolPak Project since its inception, hosting Kath and Tom as part of an international trade mission to Europe in 2018.

With a Senior Executive Master of Business and Administration, as well as being a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Pete has a deep understanding of the research, innovation, and primary production sectors in Australia. His key philosophy revolves around fostering strong relationships and building resilient teams that are empowered and supported.

Pete has a passion for the creative process and has successfully brought new products and ideas to market. He has led the development of national marketing campaigns, trade shows in Australia and Europe, and even published a national industry magazine. His vision is to help TomKat Global revolutionize reusable packaging.
