Designed for the circular economy, the TomKat KoolPak sets a new benchmark in packaging for transportation of temperature sensitive and perishable products globally. KoolPaks are reusable and do not use single-use plastic. Re- use is a better choice than single-use.
KoolPak lids and bases are made from up to 90% re-pelletised polypropylene. All components of the KoolPaks are 100% recyclable and can receive a cash-back incentive when returned to an authorised recycling centre.
KoolPaks are lightweight, strong, durable, leakproof and airline approved. No single-use plastic liner bag is needed, which is a requirement with air freight consignments, particularly if your product is perishable, raw or could leak.

The value of re-use is not just environmental. With each re-use, the initial purchase price is amortized until ultimately you have cost-negative packaging. In addition, a cash-back incentive is available when you return your used boxes to an authorised recycling centre.
Every additional use is cost negative. So with each use, the system becomes more cost-effective. If one piece is damaged, independently replaceable components are available.
KoolPaks are flat packed for efficient transportation and storage, which means you can purchase up to 140 KoolPaks per pallet, which is three times more than similar sized boxes which cannot be flat-packed.
There is also a KoolPak storage solution for you to store your cleaned, flat-packed KoolPaks until their next use.
