SOLUTION

A REUSABLE, TRACEABLE & RECYCLABLE PACKAGING SYSTEM

Award winning, reuse first packaging - reusable smart packaging to replace polystyrene - backed by patents, pilots and demonstrated global demand.

CHOOSE TO RE-USE

Australia has a mandate to achieve more sustainable packaging by 2025 - We are not on track

Designed for the circular economy, the TomKat KoolPak system sets a new benchmark in packaging for transportation of temperature sensitive and perishable products globally. KoolPaks are reusable and do not use single-use plastic. Reuse is always a better choice than single use.

KoolPak lids and bases are made from up to 90% re-pelletised polypropylene with the remainder virgin polypropylene. All components of the KoolPaks are 100% recyclable. A cash-back incentive is in the pipeline when returned to an authorised recycling centre.

KoolPaks are lightweight, strong, durable, leakproof and airline approved. No single-use plastic liner bag is needed, which is a requirement with air freight consignments, particularly if your product is perishable, raw or could leak.

The patented technology delivers consistent and reliable thermal performance.

LONG TERM SOLUTION

We cannot afford to replace one problem with another

The antimicrobial food grade liner provides additional protection from contamination.

The production of KoolPaks is chemically neutral, so there are no nasty smells or reactions in the making or using of the KoolPak to interfere with your product.
KoolPak is future focused.

We offer long term solutions that do not use soon to be banned materials.

At the end of their life, return your used KoolPaks to an authorised recycling centre. KoolPaks take the load off landfill and the environment.

THE COST TO THE PLANET

KoolPak is designed to be cost-negative due to the benefits of rotational re-use, all monitored by the KoolPak App

The value of reuse is not just environmental. With each reuse, the initial purchase price is amortized until ultimately you have cost-negative packaging.

Every additional use is cost negative. So, with each use, the system becomes more cost-effective. If one piece is damaged, independently replaceable components are available.

KoolPaks are flat packed for efficient transportation and storage, which means you can purchase up to 140 KoolPaks per pallet, which is three times more than similar sized boxes which cannot be flat-packed.

Be prepared for free packaging!

Our in-market case studies have shown that reuse can create a cost-negative packaging system after a fourth or fifth use.

INDEPENDENTLY REPLACEABLE PARTS

If a lid, base or liner is damaged, cost-effective independently replaceable components are available, so your KoolPak can continue its use.

DELIVERY & STORAGE

We can deliver your KoolPaks by pallet, flat packed for efficient transportation. Each pallet holds up to 140 KoolPaks.

Or try a KoolPak Transit Pak. Customised to transport 40 flat packed KoolPaks safely, economically and sustainably.

KoolPaks store flat between uses, freeing up all that space previously dedicated to bulky polystyrene or easily damaged cardboard boxes.

KoolPak shows reuse-first packaging is practical, scalable, and the future of sustainable transport.

CUSTOMER LOYALTY

Your customers benefit too, increasing customer loyalty and sales. After delivery, your customer simply wipes the KoolPak clean and flat packs it neatly for you to pick up, eradicating bulky storage or costly removal of cardboard and polystyrene on their end. By purchasing from you, they too participate in a sustainable waste- conscious business model which they can use for their ow SDG reporting.

END OF LIFE

You own your KoolPaks, and you can track and trace each use. At the end of their cycle, return your KoolPaks to an authorised recycling centre. A cash-back incentive is in the pipeline, so we can retrieve the temperature sensor tags to use in new liners.
