Ed Bacon is a motivated and innovative thinker. Originally from England, Ed spent many years working in Melbourne, and has now settled in Far North Queensland.

In a career of over 45 years Ed has been involved in the KoolPak project since its inception. The concept being traceable back to earlier business experiences in the UK.

Ed started as a product designer and then technical sales in the corrugated industry. Onward to the Fluted plastics industry, which included equipment development. Developing equipment for the fledgeling industry enabling access to evolving markets, such as chilled food, beverage and pharmaceutical packaging.

After moving to Melbourne and 12 years developing new products and technical sales within the plastics industry, Ed is ready to share a lifetime of knowledge and experience with the TomKat Team.
