Charmian Campbell is a highly motivated and results-oriented professional who hails from Brisbane and has now firmly established her presence in Far North Queensland.

Throughout her career she has undertaken diverse roles including owning her own businesses, 13 years as an international Business Coach, interim CEO in Vietnam and more recently as a Business Facilitator at Deloitte. Charmian has been instrumental in achieving business growth, facilitating economic development initiatives and advocating for innovation and technology adoption.

Her strategic mindset and forward-thinking approach have been instrumental in her previous endeavours.  With a keen emphasis on stakeholder management and a genuine passion for fostering collaboration, Charmian has engaged with diverse groups across industries, community organisations and government departments.  

Accomplished in public speaking, Charmian has delivered presentations at events such as STEMx World Science Festival, Myanmar Leadership Summit and numerous conferences and industry events offering knowledge sharing opportunities to individuals and organisations alike.
