Alistair is an entrepreneur, venture builder & venture capital fund manager with multi asset class financial background. Over the past decade, Al's focus has been on environmental, social and governance (ESG), sustainability & impact innovation across Asia Pacific.

With 30 plus years of practical and academic agricultural experience, Alistair has worked from paddock to plate - from farms in Australia and Asia, supply chain, global distribution, banking and trade. He has capital raised and founded renewable energy, agrifood tech and impact start-ups to address market inefficiencies and drive ESG goals globally.

On the academic side, Alistair has studied the global food and agricultural industry throughout school and university, and more recently via a post grad with the Royal Agricultural University, UK.

From 2003-2013, Alistair worked in the global multi-asset financial markets with the Commonwealth Bank and Macquarie Bank in Australia and Bloomberg Trade book in Hong Kong, across Institutional debt, FX, derivatives and equities as an analyst, dealer and in research sales including three years of financial market analysis and discussion panels on Sky Business, CNBC & Bloomberg TV.
